OMI changed several coding systems to match the PLM software we used in the past and we tried to manage them in the easiest way possible. However, the search engine of this website needs a database with a unique coding system to work properly. For this reason, it is perfectly normal to find a discrepancy between the code inside the document and the name of the file. In particular, you could notice a different code on the manual footer than the one in the file name or in the attachment footer, which is a normal consequence of our past coding systems.

Depending on the type of product and how old is it, the documentation could be available only in English or few other languages. Usually we include in this database all existing versions of each document, however, you could ask for your language version and we will check in our archives if we can find it (use the Documentation request form specifying the requested language on the Further information field). However, most of the attachments, diagrams and other technical documents usually contains few text and mostly data tables that needs little to no translation.

We update the database of this website on a regular basis implementing also data of old OMI units that was not included before. OMI has a main production site located in Italy and another one in Slovenia and we are working to unify the databases in order to include all OMI branded products technical documentation in this website. However, some family of products are not yet included and this could be your case. If so, please contact us through the Documentation request form and we will provide you what you need.

OMI products have a high level of customizations and options ranging from the housing color to the personalized settings and many others. The purpose of the image is only to identify a family / size of units without the necessity to faithfully reflecting the characteristics and customizations of the product you purchased. Over than that, we redesigned some products multiple times to enhance their performance so it is normal if your product does not look like the picture.
